Gladiator A.D. Supports Wii MotionPlus

From developers of The Conduit here is a new game announced which will support Wii MotionPlus controller. It is Gladiator A.D. Wii game by High Voltage which announced the game last month and got revealed by IGN a day ago.

“Gladiator A.D. is a brutal fighting game for the Wii that takes place in ancient Rome. Featuring two-player split-screen, RPG elements, Wii MotionPlus compatibility, and a variety of characters, it promises to be an extremely robust fighting game that will “redefine the fighting game genre on the Wii,” according to design director David Dellas.

What I like the most is that the producers got inspired by the 300 movie when making this game. You will have many great characters to choose when going into combat all with different characteristics. Through different combats also in the ring with chosen gladiator you will unlock different new features for the game, like new stronger gladiator characters.

The developers promises an intense action and also strategic combat. For more fun you will have tons of different weapons to choose when going into fight and players will be able to use environmental hazards, such as lions, to their advantage.

There is also a chance that the game will feature online playing but it is still not confirmed. The Gladiator A.D. release date is set to Q1 2010 and we will keep you updated with more info about is very soon.
